General Requirements:
You must have the ability to work on the roof in the elements. This field of work involves a measure of danger, so our employees must be safety conscious. We make safety our #1 priority. We are a quality over volume company and we want team members who are proud of doing a quality job. Our biggest need in the workforce are in the following areas:

1. Journeyman Roofers who specialize in some or all of the following: Roof Tile Installation including felt & batten, concrete tiles, clay tiles. Composition
   Shingles, low slope roofing.
2. Truck Drivers & Material Loaders.
3. Foreman. Journeyman roofer skilled and experienced in safety, communication, installation codes, etc.
